How to enroll in Opol?

01 Proceed to the Faculty Office and bring all the requirements for admission before the Program Head. All documentary requirements must be submitted to the Office of the Registrar. 02 Proceed to the Registrar and submit requirements. 03 Proceed to the Program Head for evaluation. 04 Proceed to the Computer Laboratory for ID processing.
